Welcome to Oban Holiday Lets, your trusted partner in end-to-end management of your holiday lettings. Founded in 2021 by Natalie and Chris, our business leverages our expertise to offer comprehensive and seamless holiday letting services.

Natalie, with a background as an eCommerce director and skilled business analyst, brings a strategic approach grounded in her maths degree to optimise every aspect of property management. Chris, a former Commercial director and qualified accountant, excels in business strategy and financial management, ensuring your property investments are profitable and well-maintained.

Together, we utilise these skills to manage everything from listings to property turnovers, delivering a hassle-free experience for property owners and unforgettable stays for guests.

Born and raised in Oban, we are deeply passionate about our town. We established one of the first Airbnbs in the area and have witnessed the market's significant evolution and growth over the past decade.

As long-term Airbnb Superhosts, we bring years of experience in managing multiple properties and booking platforms, consistently achieving exceptional response rates and glowing guest reviews.

With over 10 years of holiday letting experience, a financial and eCommerce background, and local Oban roots, we are the perfect match for managing your property and maximising its potential.

Our top 5 things to do in Oban

Looking for local recommendations? These are our favourites.

  • One of Obans’ most beautiful spots. We recommend a woodland walk to get there, starting on the path just behind Corran Halls car park. Grab a coffee and homemade cake in the grounds outside whilst you explore, then walk back along the seafront to town.

  • Looking for excellent seafood and stunning views across the bay? Waterfront restaurant offers a lunch (12-2 pm) and an early evening (5:30-6:45pm) menu for a fantastic value.

  • Feeling brave? Be like the locals by getting in the water. Little Ganavan is a secluded, lesser-known beach that we love, or you can dip your toes in closer to the town.

  • Most evenings, around 5-7 pm, you’ll hear bagpipes playing in the town. Grab a spot along the front, perhaps with a takeaway fish and chips from George Street Fish & Chip Shop or ice cream from Gelato, and enjoy the sounds with a view.

  • Our neighbouring island across the bay is fantastic for a half-day trip. Catch the small boat from Gallanach Road and enjoy the beautiful island walks. Alternatively, if you book a table at the brilliant Waypoint Restaurant on the island and request a water taxi, they will pick you up in town and drop you off after your meal.
